A one-of-a-kind hand-built ceramic serving dish with a softly irregular shape and gently raised, organic rim.
The centre is left light and speckled, framed by flowing bands of soft green, aqua and blue that move around the edge like water meeting the shoreline. The glaze has a beautifully natural, reactive finish, with subtle variation in tone and texture that makes the piece feel calm, earthy and distinctly handmade.
It works beautifully as a fruit bowl, serving dish, salad bowl or simply as a decorative piece on the table.
Food-safe and suitable to eat from. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the handmade finish.

Small variations in shape, glaze, texture and finish are part of its character, as well as part of my own learning and making process.
